Forgot Password

If you forgot your password, follow these instructions:

1. On the login screen, click Forgot Password?.

   

2. Enter your Email address.

3. Click SEND RESET LINK.

   

4. Retrieve the email that was sent to you.

5. In the email, click on the link "click here to confirm your e-mail and set your password".

   You will be sent to the Setup Account/Reset your password screen.

6. Enter your Email address.

7. Enter your new Password.

   Note: Your password needs to be at least eight (8) characters long. In addition, your password must contain at least one (1) lowercase letter, one (1) uppercase letter, and one (1) number.

8. Reenter your new password in the Password (Confirm) field.

9. Click Set My Password.

10. You will be routed to the Log In page. Enter your Email and your new Password to log in.
